Q19: I have subscribed to the telephone alert premium service.
Sometimes I notice a few seconds pause before I hear the message. What could
be the reason?
A: When we send out the telephone alerts,
there could be a delay of 5-10 seconds before you start hearing the
computerized alert (e-voice) message on your phone. This delay is introduced
so that it works with all kinds of phones -- cell phones or normal ones.
Sometimes people confuse this and hangup thinking that it was a blank call
and miss out an important conditional offer or reconfirmation alert. Please
make sure that you do not hangup and give a few seconds pause after
receiving any incoming call on your telephone.

Q20: Is my information (such as credit card number) transmitted
securely?
A: Yes, all the transactions take place
through the Secured Socket Layer (SSL).
