SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT FOR eWebWatch ("THE SERVICE")

The Service is an information service from eWebWatch, Inc. By subscribing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions mentioned on this page.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Neither eWebWatch nor any of its providers of information make any warranties, express or implied, as to the results to be obtained from use of the service, and make no express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or use. eWebWatch does not warrant the Accuracy, Completeness, Currentness, or Noninfringement of the information available through the service, or the service itself. eWebWatch does not take responsibility for incomplete or delayed information arising due to technical errors or other external circumstances.

In no event shall eWebWatch be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information or for any consequential, special or similar damages. You agree that the liability of eWebWatch arising out of any kind of legal claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) in any way connected with the service or information in the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to eWebWatch for use of the service.

Your Service subscription will continue until you notify eWebWatch by electronic mail of your decision to terminate your subscription. You will be charged the monthly fees in advance based on your chosen subscription plan. Pro-rata refunds cannot be given. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. In case of any abuse or misuse of the service, eWebWatch reserves the full right to terminate your subscription. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and California governing contracts wholly entered into and wholly performed within California.
